Exploring Cadillac

Today started with a walk around Downtown Cadillac. Initially because there was a museum of local history that we intended to look at, but it was closed Tuesdays. We settled for walking around inner Cadillac city trails, including one along the lake and one up a stream.

Then, went to William Mitchel State Park which is near Mitchel Lake, which is practically adjacent to Lake Cadillac. In order, visitor center, another walking path with assorted birds and occasional painted turtles, sitting near a beach for a few minutes, and a drive through a camping area. Considering the signs, not sure how anyone considered that a good idea.
