Pokémon Pinball-style Billboard for Lanturn

Long ago, there was a call for assistance by the TPP Devs. The two billboards were made July 12th, a few hours before my laptop's monitor gave out. The animated capture sprite was made October 7th, before a permanent solution to that problem was created. Needless to say, I didn't actually submit this since it would be a month after the call by the time I'd managed to fulfill it, even though there wasn't a strict deadline posted.
